YOGA AT MIDLIFE! Saturday, March 27 10:00 to 11:30am Feel the Joys and Benefits of Yoga! Yoga for Midlife participants offers seekers an opportunity to practice with like-minded individuals in an environment of understanding and openness, where mind and body can learn the lessons of the heart. We practice for reflection, contemplation and the desire for liberation. Participants of any age are encouraged to come to these classes as well.
They could be checking it out for themselves, or have a friend, or a family
member who they think might benefit from this more gentle/wisdom approach.
