"If you want to change your appearance, you must first change the thoughts, emotions, and habits where stress and aging originate."

This is where I find the perfect introduction to yoga. Since stress is one the biggest causes of emotional, spiritual and physical sickness it also plays a role in the quality of our skin. Anything we incorporate into our lives to diminish stress will not only increase our vitality and health but also reward us with enhanced beauty.

One of the biggest commitments you can make to reduce stress is simply keeping up your yoga practice. Yoga helps relax the muscles in your face, ease away pent-up tensions, enhance concentration, develop strength and stamina and calm the mind to name only a few in a very long list of life affirming benefits.
