Yoga & Beauty Tips Feeling Yoga We cannot think about feeling, we can only feel it. This does not mean that we don’t think, but rather we align and amplify thought with feeling. Feeling can take us out of our spinning/chattering heads and into our hearts. The door to awakening the heart and coming alive is through feeling. It is the heart’s intelligence and means of communication. The heart and the corresponding anahata chakra is the nerve center that encompasses feeling for another human being, feeling for oneself, feeling for the earth, feeling for God and feeling for truth. Reclaiming our ability to feel energy, consciousness, our bodies, emotions, each other, or our purpose is clearly the next step in human evolution. Our ability to chart our evolutionary course through the intelligence of feeling will perhaps determine the fate of human life on this planet.
