Refund Policy for Products Purchased
Online
Unless the product is defective, products purchased online cannot
be returned or exchanged.
Refund Policy for Products Purchased
in Our Stores
Products purchased in our stores can be exchanged within 15 days
when accompanied with a receipt. We do not issue refunds. Products must
be unused and in original, undamaged packaging. There are no returns or
exchanges on opened personal products.
Refund Policy for Class Passes and Memberships***
Class Passes and Memberships cannot be refunded or returned, exchanged
or transferred between persons. 5, 10 and 20 class passes expire one year
from date of purchase. Passes, memberships and annual memberships are
valid at both locations.
Refund Policy for Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates cannot be returned or surrendered for cash or
transferred between persons. Gift Certificates may be used at both locations.
Refund Policy for Workshops or Events
Upon registering for a course or workshop, payment is due within 48 hours
to secure your place. Once payment has been made cancellation with refund
or exchange may occur up until 48 hours prior to the course or workshop,
with a 20 percent administration fee deducted. Within 48 hours no refund
or exchange will be given. We will not refund or give credit for any missed
sessions within a multiple session course or workshop.
Refund Policy for Pre-Registered Courses
Upon registering for a course or workshop payment is due within 48 hours
to secure your place. Once payment has been made cancellation with refund
or exchange may occur up until 48 hours prior to the course or workshop,
with a 20 percent administration fee deducted. Within 48 hours no refund
or exchange will be given. We will not refund or give credit for any missed
sessions within a multiple session course or workshop. We are not responsible
for any missed classes. They will not be refunded or exchanged for other
classes or products.
Deposit for Teacher Training Programs
This deposit of $500.00 is non-refundable and this deposit will be required
to secure your spot.
