Tasty Treats for Yogis ~ May 2004 Recipe

Seeds!

With the following seeds (use as breakfast) you will be adding excellent nutrients to your system, A good source of protein converted into amino-acids, and a good start to your day! What you need is:

Sunflower seeds
Sesame seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Flax seeds

All seeds should be unsalted, unroasted and raw.
Put one teaspoon of each in a bowl, cover them up with water (put a plate over the bowl) leave it over night, the next morning they will be all puffed up. Pour everything into a blender Add juice of any kind Blend for a few minutes Pour into a glass and sip and then chew! This will give you enough protein until lunch.
