RECIPES - NEWS FROM THE YOGA SANCTUARY Rice
Fast My healer friend extraordinaire, Jeannette Wayne gave me this Fast which she found to be effective for most of her clients. I have to admit, this is one that I haven't tried yet but having experience Jeannette's healing hands first hand, I know that this will be good for all of us. Jeannette does TCM, acupuncture, angelic healing, etc, etc. Single food fasting is one of the best vacations your can give your body. Use either: * Short Grain Brown
Rice Any single vegetable or fruit is a nice fast as well. Make sure it's organic and that you have removed any green grains (toxic) before soaking and cooking. This seems to be most effective when you:
* Only eat 1-2 cups at a time. Drink
lots of good, filtered water but not more than 15 minutes before eating
or within 1/2 after eating or you will dilute your stomach and not digest
