Recipes from The Yoga Sanctuary ~ August 2007 Recipes

It's very hot and humid right now and drinking lots of water is vital to our health and well-being. Add this minty flavour to water and you will find it oh so refreshing!

Mint Water

Bruise or twist 1 cup of peppermint, spearmint or lemon mint.
(This releases the flavour of the mint.)

Place in a clean, large container, preferably glass.

Fill with fresh, pure water.

Chill in refrigerator.

Strain and serve with or without ice.

Enjoy the summer!
