RECIPES - NEWS FROM THE YOGA SANCTUARY Mango Salad 4 ripe mangos, peeled and cubed 1/2 head Romaine or leaf lettuce 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped 1 sweet red bell pepper, diced 2 leaves of rinsed dulse, chopped or 2 tbsp of soaked arame, chopped 1 lemon, juiced Optional: 2 scallions, chopped
1. Wash and tear the lettuce and place in a salad bowl. Dressing Blend remaining mango cubes with lemon juice in a blender and pour over salad as dressing. You can do a great deal with this recipe.
