Spinach Energy Soup ½
bunch fresh spinach Optional: ½
tsp Wheat-free Tamari (or to taste)
1. Wash spinach very well. Blend all ingredients, except carrot, until smooth consistency. Be careful not to blend to much because the spinach will cause the soup to become a bit foamy. 2. Add carrot and serve. This soup may also be refrigerated and served cool on a hot summer’s day. Orlando
