Tasty Treats for Yogis ~ March 2004 Recipe

Egyptian Fruit Salad
From the creative kitchen of Anna Detemtrakpolouos


1 pomegranate
5 ripe bananas
1/2 cup currants
1/2 cup dates
2 tbs honey
1 1/2 tbs of lemon juice
1/3 cup of ground sesame
cinnamon to taste
nutmeg to taste

To grind the sesame use your coffee grinder!
If no coffee grinder use a morter and pestle!
If no morter and pestle use a blender!
If no blender buy it already ground!
