RECIPES - NEWS FROM THE YOGA SANCTUARY Chocolate Pudding or Sauce 2 avocados 1 1/4 cup water (coconut water works best) 3/4 cup raw cacao powder 1/2 cup maple syrup 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extract
Blend all ingredients. You can really play a lot with this recipe. You can replace the avocados with young coconut meat. You can play around with the maple syrup and perhaps decrease it and add some other sweetener like liquid stevia. You can also play around with the cacao and reduce it and add carob or maca. You can also add some ground Cacao Nibs as well for a bit of texture. Remember you are the creator here. These recipes are only guide lines. You can add or take away from the recipe as you see fit. You can add more Avocado or coconut meat to make it thicker and serve it like a putting or cut make and make in like a sauce that goes over pies or fruit etc. I dare you to have just one serving! Warning: This can really knock you off centre so be careful not to over consume. It is possible to have too much of a good thing! Orlando
