Blueberry Balls

A great recipe for adults and children alike, a fun tasty treat for those without a nut allergy.

1 cup of dried blueberries
½ tbsp spirulina
7 prunes or dates (either one, soaked 6 hours)
3 tbsp carob
1 ½ cup soaked almonds (soaked for 12 hours)
½ cup un-soaked almonds (for crunch)
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp bee pollen
½ tsp vanilla
3 tbsp cacao powder or cacao nibs (ground up fine)
1 tsp cinnamon

Blend all ingredients together in food processor using a pulse until nuts are chopped fairly small. Make the balls ping pong sized. Yields approximately 17 balls.
