Tasty Treats for Yogis ~ August 2005 Recipe

Avocado Burritos
from The Sunfood Diet Success System by David Wolfe

8 leaves of lettuce
2 avocados
2 jalapeno peppers
4 tomatoes
1 orange

Mix and mash the avocados, peppers, and tomatoes.
Squeeze on the orange for sweetness.
Place avocado mix into a lettuce leaf and roll up.
Remove the jalapeno pepper if serving to young children.
