Community Acupuncture Has Arrived!
with Cathy Keenan @ Danforth

Thursdays ~ July 15, July 22 & July 29
7:30 to 9:30 pm

Acupuncture, like yoga is an ancient system designed to bring our bodies back to a state of balance. Acupuncture helps the body by building and balancing our Qi (prana) to remove energy blockages that can lead to pain, discomfort, stress, fatigue and many other common ailments.

Community Acupuncture is a great way to experience the healing benefits of acupuncture in an affordable, supportive, relaxed and comfortable group setting. We use points on the head, hands and feet so you do not have to undress.

For three consecutive weeks beginning July 15 to 29 we will be offering group treatments on Thursday evenings from 7:30 to 9:30pm. Space is limited so please sign up in advance to book your time slot. Treatments are $25 and may last between 30-60 minutes. Treatments are given while you are lying on the floor so please bring a yoga mat and dress comfortably. Chairs, blankets and bolsters will be available for your added comfort.

Similar to yoga, acupuncture is most effective when done frequently. The Community acupuncture model encourages this by making the treatments extremely cost effective. Please consider signing up for all three sessions to take advantage of improved results and a lower cost ($60 for all three). Tea will be served after your treatment.

Please contact Danforth studio at 416.461.6161 to book your appointment:
7:30pm - 7:45pm - 8:00pm - 8:15pm - 8:30pm - 8:45pm

$25 + hst per treatment
$60 + hst for all 3 sessions

There is not a stream of badness and a stream of goodness, or sickness or wellness. There is only a Stream of Well-being.

The question that you're wanting to ask yourself is, "In this moment, am I letting it in or not? Am I allowing it or am I not?"
