Young
or old, this is the only body we have. Whether
you are an athlete, accountant, bodybuilder,
or bricklayer, Zen Stretch will change the
way you move, feel, and think.
The
Zen Stretch Moving Meditation is a program
designed to facilitate a dramatic increase
in total body flexibility, joint range of
motion, as well as muscular stability. The
class is composed of a series of 81 full range
isometric muscular contractions performed
in a continuous flowing series of movements.
Zen
Stretch is the tune-up that every "body"
needs. Bodhi also teaches Intro
to Zen Stretch Moving Meditation as well
as Intro
to QiGong as an intro course at College
starting Sunday, September 27th.
Jivamukti

Public Classes start Friday, September 18
Jivamukti's
challenging but playful signature class encompasses
intermediate and advanced levels. It is a
magical flow of standing poses, seated postures,
inversions, backbends and relaxation practiced
in a constantly changing sequence to keep
it fresh and lively.
Sarah
Jane Bowler has been practicing yoga for 8
years, and received her certification directly
from Jivamukti Yoga founders Sharon Gannon
and David Life. She has also completed a 500
hour apprenticeship with Jivamukti Yoga Toronto
Director Vani Devi. Expect amazing hands-on
adjustments, meditation, chanting and always
inspiring music. |
