"OM" Work
The
purpose of Yoga "Om" Work is to add some
interesting little awareness into our practice all
month long!
Just
to let you know, you were not born with a notch
in one shoulder for a purse or a knapsack! This
month carry your belongings on the other shoulder.
I bet you will start to question how it is that
one shoulder is so different than the other.
Changing
how you carry your "stuff" will help your
practice! Balance your shoulders, balance your life.
Start today.

Musings
I
sat at the ocean a few days ago and contemplated
life, yoga and the meaning of the universe, ya
know stuff like that... Well I got to sifting
sand through my hands and thought about how I
am just like one single grain of sand. Then I
thought about how glass is millions of polished
grains of sand. Each of us as we go through the
experiences of life, polishes themselves, gets
smoother, learns to respond to life and not react.
We
as a yoga community begin to provide a polished
group field of clear energy. As we move ourselves
from pose to pose, off and on the mat, relationship
to relationship, all the while bumping up to millions
of other details of life, we are constantly polishing
and clearing.

| Inspiration

"Relationships
are forever. They are eternal. Not just permanent
in this lifetime. Once you establish a relationship,
it is an eternal relationship. What holds bad things
in your life is always your attention to those bad
things, always.!”
