Anatomy 20 Hour Module @ Danforth
Sat March 24 - 3:15 to 10:15 pm ~ Sun March - 5:15 to 9:15 pm
Co-taught by Cynthia Funk and Karusia Wroblewski
For
this course, we will experience anatomy directly in our postures
as we practice them. In the first weekend we will concentrate
on the area from the sole of the foot to the navel; in the second,
from the navel to the crown. The Chakra system (subtle anatomy)
will be included as a way to deepen our understanding of the
interdependence of the physical and the psycho-emotional bodies.

course is for brand new beginners who are interested in learning
the basics of yoga; alignment, breath work, standing and seated
poses, stretching, balancing poses, building strength and
relaxation techniques.
Yoga
is not only a physical exercise but also a practice that creates
a greater sense of well-being and inner harmony.

is a great way to de-stress, develop an awareness of your
own body and feel great!

Sri Dharma Mittra
Join
Dharma Mittra, Master Yoga Teacher for a workshop of 'the
best and most effective methods of Yoga'. These workshops
and intensives are intended to help student’s progress
quickly along their path of Yoga. Being established in Sattva,
a state of mind where notions such as 'I' and 'mine', the
'doer', and delusion are all absent, Dharma will teach Dharma
Vinyasa for Mixed-Level Intermediate through Advanced Levels.
