Lavina Motamedi

Lavina MotamediLavina studied psychology in Laval University, Quebec City, before she first discovered her passion for body movement. She began her journey in dance and fitness 12 years ago when she studied the art of Flamenco dancing in Quebec and Montreal.

In 2003 she obtained her certification as a fitness instructor, followed by certifications in Pilates, through Movement for Health and Body Harmonics. As a fitness specialist, she has taught a wide variety of classes, from high energy cardio classes to gentle mind-body awareness disciplines.

Lavina strongly believes in Pilates as a form of exercise and lifestyle for a healthy spine in a harmonious body. She is passionate about helping others discover the subtleties of the body through mindful movement.
