Teachers Karen Cove
Karen completed her first yoga teacher training at the Yoga Sanctuary and has gone on to completer other teacher trainings with teachers such as Hart Lazer. She has been assisting Yoga Sanctuary director Cynthia Funk with the studio's teacher training for four years and is part of the faculty for the advanced teacher training. "At the end of it all. Karen
