Yoga Tuesdays ~ 6 weeks Come and share the experience of pregnancy with others going through the same. Enjoy a yoga class specifically geared to your needs at this special time, with stretching and strengthening, breathing techniques and relaxation. Recommended for the second and third trimester of pregnancy. This course is open to late registrations. Please

After practicing in studios throughout Toronto, taking yoga certification by Cynthia Funk and Jonathan Austman at the Yoga Sanctuary, the path of learning continues as she constantly takes additional courses to deepen her practice and teaching.
