TO PILATES - Pilates Foundations Mondays ~ 6 weeks Do you find yourself slouching at a desk all
day long? Pilates is a method of body conditioning designed to strengthen the postural muscles that support the spine. Through breath and mindful movement, learn how to restore balance in the body, develop efficiency and quality of movement in daily life, in sports or yoga. PILATES FOUNDATIONS is designed for people new to Pilates, who have never practiced this discipline before. This class teaches the basics of the Pilates breath and principles. Participants who have participated in a few Pilates classes and wish to reestablish the foundations before progressing to the next level will also benefit of this review.
