DANFORTH PRE-REGISTERED COURSE INTRO TO YOGA PART 1 Sundays ~ 6 week course This series is structured to create opportunities to develop balance, strength, and flexibility in an atmosphere that is relaxed, safe and supportive. Students will learn the foundational poses for opening the body, as well as breath and core stability. This will increase your awareness and prepare you for a lifelong, healthy yoga practice. About Cathy Keenan
Having studied with Paul Grilley, Chuck Miller & Maty Ezraty and completed a teacher training in restorative yoga with Hali Schwartz, she enjoys creating an environment in her class which explores different styles/sequencing and breath work to create a practice that is both challenging and invigorating. Cathy is currently studying acupuncture at The Institute of Traditional Medicine in Toronto.
