COLLEGE PRE-REGISTERED COURSE INTRO TO YOGA Tuesdays ~ 6 week course This series is structured to create opportunities to develop balance, strength, and flexibility in an atmosphere that is relaxed, safe and supportive. Students will learn the foundational poses for opening the body, as well as breath and core stability. This will increase your awareness and prepare you for a lifelong, healthy yoga practice. About Karen Cove
This immense love and understanding of yoga creates and in-depth yoga class. We can expect to gain knowledge about our own body as it relates to our yoga practice while allowing the breath to unfold.
