Intro to Pilates Mondays ~ 5 weeks DO YOU FIND YOURSELF SLOUCHING AT A DESK ALL DAY? THE WONDERS OF THE CORE: Pilates is a method of body conditioning designed to strengthen the postural muscles that support the spine. Through breath and mindful movement, learn how to restore
balance in the body, develop efficiency and quality of movement in daily
life, in sports or Yoga. This course is open to late registrations. Please
contact the Yoga Sanctuary at (416) 461-6161 to attend this course after
its start date.
