Thursday evening, classes were canceled for a special book launch of ‘Stories From the Yogic Heart,’ an anthology of stories written by such renown practitioners as Sting, Russell Simmons, and Mariel Hemingway. All of the book’s 27 contributors credit yoga for changing their lives, with the book edited and compiled by Lisa Miriam Cherry.

Bhakti Yoga Images

On Sunday May the 3rd, The Yoga Sanctuary played host to a number of visitors from the Hare Krishna temple. Members of the 2008-2009 Yoga Teacher Training class were on hand to enjoy the dancing, food and festivities.
