An Afternoon at The Yoga Spa
Give yourself some TLC this month and indulge in an afternoon of Yoga Spa!
Spring is a time of renewal and rebirth. An opportunity to shed tired winter layers and let a brighter you shine through. Transitioning from the dark, cold, heavy winter months into a light, warm, fast moving spring can be helped by beautifying yoga practices, both ancient and modern.
For me, spring brings an excitement like no other season. As one who does not particularly thrive in colder climates, the rising temperatures and increased sunlight of April prompt me to ‘wake up’ from my sleepy hibernation. I like to take particular care this time of year to open up any sluggish pathways in the body, massage out winter creaks, and invite oxygen to circulate more freely.
In the revitalizing workshop, Yoga Spa, will draw on yoga techniques to detoxify, cleanse, and reveal your inner radiance! We will tap into our body’s regenerative powers and harness a deep sense of relaxation and peace.
Practice self love while bringing some awareness to the complex, holistic system that is the physical self. Natural beauty tips and recipes will be included!
