I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Cynthia Funk and Karusia
Wroblewski for their guidance throughout teacher training. Also special
thanks to the many wonderful Yoga Sanctuary teachers who have supported
me on my journey, helping me develop and deepen my practice. Finally,

I
am a relatively recent convert to yoga, and a graduate of The Yoga Sanctuary’s
2007/8 teacher training program, with additional Restorative Yoga teacher
training from both Hali Schwartz and Andrea Peloso. I am thrilled to have
the opportunity to share my enthusiasm and learning with others through
teaching. I have a varied practice that extends from exhilarating inversions
and arm balances to the quiet tranquility of both Restorative Yoga and
Yin Yoga. In all of my practice I seek to continue my learning from within.
In teaching I hope to pass along the wisdom of my teachers, the wisdom
that comes from within my practice, and provide the opportunity for each
student to discover their own wisdom.
